Ms. Melissa is by far my favorite person she has that sweet and bubbly personality that just helps you get through the day especially after hearing bad news about your vehicle. Nick and my technician Christian was nothing short of amazing and extremely personable. while of course remaining in professional. I will l recommend Redline to anyone looking for a business that cares about you like family 🩵

This is an update. . The owner nick got ahold of me an wanted to make things right and I appreciate it. He ended up repairing the damaged threaded hole. Replaced the whole thermostat assembly and new bolts. There was conformation that one part I paid for at the beginning never got installed. The only two things that will not let me rate them higher is having to call to get an update or possible timeline for completion and being charged for a part that was never installed. But I appreciate Nick for getting my vehicle back to not leaking. Have not had the best luck with this shop. I first had it in the shop for a coolant leak and they said the leak was coming from the thermostat housing. They stated that they broke a bolt and it was going to be longer than expected. Mind you I have had to call for any updates. Paid $772 for the repair only to find out the radiator had crack in the plastic. Fastward to today car leaked almost all the coolant out and it was coming from the thermostat housing and to my surprise threads are completely trashed and they put the bolt that broke back like it was a smart idea and use bolts that barely thread into the other hole.. I can not explain how disapp

Great experience, these guys are quick and know what they’re doing. Good price for an alignment. I have a long travel Tacoma and they had zero issues with getting it where it needed to be. I’ll absolutely use them again. Also, went in for an alignment and left with a decent inspection sheet for things they checked outside just the alignment. Beyond the scope of work, I find that to be impressive.
